Organic oolong tea is a one of the best kinds of chinese teas for my taste. To be precise oolong tea is not a green tea. It’s semifermented tea, which is placed between green teas (non fermented) and black teas (fully fermented). There are very long, multi staged process of making oolong tea as well as there are very precious method of making a good cup of natural organic oolong tea.

• First of all, get a red clay teapot.
• Rinse it well with a hot boiled water to warmup.
• Place small amount of tea (about 1 teaspoon per person) in the teapot.
• Add boiled water with temnperature about 80-90 degrees.
• Wait for the 5-10 seconds and pour out water, leaving tea leaves inside.
• Smell all of the rish aroma of the natural organic oolong tea wich is start to open.
• Add some boiled (80-90 degrees) water again.
• Wait for the 1 minute and pour out prepared tea out of the teapot into special bowl (cup of justice).
